PlenaVita Shift offers information about NeurOptimal® neurofeedback training (NeuroStability), the More You app, and related wellness content. NeuroStability sessions are conducted by Mary Meduna-Gross, Ph.D. at SolFlo, 1834 W North Ave, Chicago, Illinois.

NeurOptimal® is classified by the FDA as a general wellness device. NeuroStability sessions are wellness training — not medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or counseling. Nothing on this site or in any session constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider. NeuroStability is not an emergency service.

No guarantee of results

Results from NeurOptimal® neurofeedback training vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, symptom reduction, or any particular result from sessions or use of the More You app. Testimonials and research references on this site reflect individual experiences and published findings — they do not represent a promise or prediction of results for any specific person.

Session cancellation and payment

Session bookings are made through Calendly. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee. Please refer to the cancellation policy presented at the time of booking.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
